Located in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, this 55 m² apartment welcomes up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. You will have a bathroom with separate toilet for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, and both capsule and filter coffee makers. High-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine are also provided. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available on request. Enjoy your private balcony with beautiful mountain views and access to the shared garden with outdoor furniture. The unfenced 2,400 m² grounds offer plenty of space to relax and explore a peaceful environment. Parking spaces are available right in front of the apartment entrance. Please note that pets and events are not allowed. The apartment is on the upper floor of the owner’s house in a quiet area, just 2 km from the center of Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Final cleaning can be arranged on request for an extra fee, or you may do it yourselves.
